STAINLESS STEEL LOCKING TIES
DEI Stainless Steel Locking Ties can be used anywhere there is extreme heat, vibration or a need for extra strength. They have been successfully utilized to secure everything from wiring and
hoses to fastening our Exhaust Wrap and Stainless Steel Exhaust
Shields.
Locking Ties are fireproof, with a melting temperature in excess of
2500 degrees F. (1371 degrees C). They are non-magnetic, and
resist ultraviolet light and corrosion.
Utilizing a locking ball for increased holding power (approx. 100 lbs.
minimum loop tensile), this one-piece tie requires no crimping or
folding to secure.
Stainless Steel Locking Ties have a rounded tip and a smoother
surface for faster and safer (no sharp edges) installation, unlike
the strap and buckle method.
Locking Ties come in two sizes: 8 and 14-inch. The 8-inch size
has a bundle diameter of 2 inches; the 14-inch size has a bundle
diameter of 4 inches.

other. They are also releasable and fully adjustable.
