Thermostat Housing & Water Bypass 351W Block/Cleveland or Windsor Heads/Cleveland Intake The thermostat housing and water bypass is a perfect compliment to PME's adapter plates AP-14, AP-15 and AP-17. This kit is sold complete with the fittings and hoses that you will need to finish installation. The thermostat housing mounts to the engine by removing the top two bolts on the 351W front cover and replacing them with studs. It is relatively easy installing. Now Cleveland Manifolds can be used for RACING or STREET!
