2005-Current Mustang GT Nitrous System
Due to a fuel system redesign on the 2005 to current Mustang GT,
standard EFI nitrous kits are no
longer compatible for these vehicles. ZEX™ developed a plug & play
kit especially for these newer
Mustangs that is adjustable from 75-175 hp. The kit comes with all
necessary components, including
solenoids, filters and activation electronics, all assembled in the
Nitrous Management Unit.

modified engines
- Patented electronic TPS switch activates nitrous at
wide-open throttle
- Includes a billet fuel rail adapter for tapping into the
Mustang’s fuel system;

2005-Current High Output Mustang Nitrous System
If our standard street nitrous kits aren’t enough power, this is
just the system you need. Designed
specifically for Ford Modular 3V engines, this easy-to-install kit
features jets to allow tunability from
100-250 horsepower. The kit also features our patented electronic
TPS switch that reliably activates
the system at wide-open throttle, perfect for the Mustang’s
throttle-by-wire technology.

2005-Current V6 Mustang Nitrous System
With a strong factory rated 4.0L V6 putting out a solid 210 hp, the
V6 Mustang is an excellent candidate
for a shot of nitrous. This direct-fit wet nitrous system, made
specifically for the new generation
V6 Mustang, includes all necessary hoses, wires and even a custom
machined billet fuel rail adapter
that have all been engineered and manufactured for a perfect fit on
these Mustangs.

1994-2004 Mustang GT Nitrous System
Finally, a custom made kit for 1999-2004 Mustangs. With power
settings adjustable from 75-175 hp,
this kit features custom engineered hoses, wires, and billet fuel
rail adapters for a perfect fit and easy
install. Like all ZEX™ kits, this system features Active Fuel
Control™ to adjust fuel enrichment and uses
an electronic TPS switch for perfect nitrous activation at wide-open
throttle.

built enginesillet fuel rail adapter bolts right on, no drilling
required for the kit’s fuel connections
- Fuel jets have been tuned for the 40psi fuel pressure found

1999-2004 F Series Truck Nitrous System
The Ford 2 Valve Modular V8 engines found in many F-Series trucks
are the perfect platform for
nitrous injection upgrades. The 1999-2004 Ford F-Series Truck
Nitrous Kit comes factory pre-assembled,
making for a 2 hour plug and play installation. Power settings are
fully adjustable from 75 to 125
horsepower with the included tuning jets.
